I have been practicing dentistry in Hamilton for four decades in the field of preventive, prosthodontics, restorative and geriatric dentistry. I am a member of the American Society of Geriatric Dentistry and I have lectured and written in the field of Geriatric Dentistry. I am presently Director of Dental Service at St. Peter's Hospital Seniors' Dental Clinic and have a private practice. Outreach Dentistry has operated. we had a mobile dental service for 10 years, bringing dental care to patients in nursing homes and long-term care facilities.

Outreach Dentistry is dedicated to providing Comprehensive quality care, quality Geriatric dental care to residents within Long-Term Care facilities throughout the Hamilton-Wentworth region.

Our team of dentists, hygienists and dental assistants are lead by Dr. James Morreale. Dr. Morreale has a Fellowship in Geriatric Dentistry and has been servicing Hamilton's seniors through an outreach program which he developed at St. Peter's Hospital.
